We provide the choice of a male or female personal trainer and we have a fully equipped private training studio or gym facility to train you in depending on your needs, confidence and preferences.
Finding the right trainer for you is as important as finding the right clients for us. In order to make sure we are good fit to work together we will have a chat on the phone first to get to know each other a bit more and if appropriate we will get you booked in for a free no obligation consultation.
It's important that you're confident in our ability to help motivate and guide you to where you want to be PLUS it's important that we know that you are genuinely committed enough for us to work with you and help you reach your goals.
Experienced fitness enthusiasts may be able to simply have a few casual sessions to "top up" their knowledge to tweak and explode their results but if you are in need of a more detailed and supportive approach (like most of our clients) then you will want to take up one of our beginner or intermediate tailored personal training packages.
Casual sessions are £40-£45 an hour depending on what you need and monthly packages range from £320 - £480pm also depending on your needs, wants and budget. We are not a "cheap" option but then you get what you pay for, don't you?
For those with a reasonable fitness level wanting to train 3 times per week with an expert personal trainer at a greatly reduced rate and enjoy training with other like minded people, then you may also want to check out our Group Personal Training Option! With the group training you can train with us 3 x a week for only £125pm!
If you are not very fit at the moment or have not exercised for a long time then we recommend a short term personal training programme first to get you ready for the group training.
The ultimate aim of our 1-2-1 personal training programmes are to provide all the support, skills and strategies you need to get consistent results and then as you become more confident and skilled with your nutrition, exercise and self motivation then you will feel more empowered to do these things on your own for as long as you want to enjoy the benefits. :-)

Mark and Lorna
When I contacted Lorna after seeing her website, I had no idea that she would become what I call my“ Guru”! I have a daughter Daisy with a rare condition called adams olivers syndrome, and I had to get fit and lose weight for the 3 peak mountain challenge to raise money for her.
My diet was appalling and I was crying daily, eating lots of chocolate and feeling stuck in an angry bubble that I didn’t know how to get out of. Living with my daughters condition is draining and you need to have lots of energy to cope.. and I wasn’t coping, I was using caffeine to keep me awake. Giving up caffeine was a huge benefit for me, and I now can’t believe I even used to drive with it in my body as I feel so much more alert after giving up.
Lorna helped me all the way, I lost 19lbs of fat in the first 8 weeks and came off my 40ml anti depressants and now feel I have a much more balanced lifestyle, and can now even wear Lycra!! I love it! I even find myself choosing to wear it over other clothes just so I can work out when I need to! My kids have started to respect me, especially my little girl Izzy who is on the larger side, its good for her to see that I now look after myself. I feel less stressed and have so much energy and am a more organised person!

I decided to start personal training with Lorna after she successfully transformed my twin sister prior to her wedding day. Having been a keen runner triathlete and cake eater,I found Lorna's diet tips easy to follow. "I went to see Mark over 2 years ago now with a long standing calf injury that I could not shake off. Mark took the time to look at how my body was (or more to the point wasn't) working and explained how other muscles were not working correctly, which in turn was putting pressure on elsewhere. “I had never really worked out before so was very new to exercise. I tried joining a gym but I clearly didn’t know enough to make any real difference to my body shape. After just 6 weeks into my programme I had lost an inch and a half off my belly and increased my muscle mass by 8lb!
