At Lifestyles for Living we are a friendly and entertaining team of trainers, coaches and therapists covering a range of complimentary services dedicated to making you look and feel fantastic!
Combined, we hold a wide variety of skills and qualifications and we are all fully insured but more importantly we have all gained many, many successful years of experience helping people just like you to get exactly what they want.
We have brought our pioneering team together because we all have one very simple common goal. The education and empowerment of our clients to receive the best possible support they need to achieve their desired health, fitness and life-style goals along with the greatest possible value for money. This way we can help the many rather than just the financially fortunate few.
Our range of services include life skills and motivational coaching, 1-2-1 and group personal fitness training, weekly weight management classes, injury treatments and postural correction, sports and body massage. We also provide home cooking and shopping lessons.
We provide practical, easy to apply skills and techniques that have been tried, tested and are scientifically proven. Our sessions whether 1-2-1 or group classes are regularly described as entertaining and very informative to build motivation, confidence, belief in yourself and your lasting independence.
We believe in giving you all the support you need at the beginning of your journey but our coaching is designed and aimed at increasing your personal awareness and standards so that you do not need us long term as a crutch. Only by empowering YOU will we get what WE want!
