You have 2 main choices, the first being whether you would prefer a male or female personal trainer and the second whether you want to be trained within a fully equipped private personal training studio based in Norwich or a fully equipped gym with more equipment variety than you can shake a stick at. Whichever you prefer we have it all going on with the experience you need to get results at a speed that's right for you!
Our training is versatile and unique and typically includes variations of weight training, circuit training, HIIT training and can include boxing fitness, yoga, kettlebells, medicine balls, TRX, cardio equipment (including a versa climber), freeforming, flowin slide boarding, tyre flips, prowler sled and much more. All exercises would be appropriate to your current fitness level, ability, preferences and needs.
We also focus highly on your diet, motivations and life-style habits. This is because you can't out train a poor diet! Your motivations drive your behaviours and consistency and your daily life-style is where the magic happens, one day at a time! Little changes lead to HUGE RESULTS over time!
We only take on committed clients who are ready to change and we only work with clients who we have good rapport with. We love what we do and want to enjoy the process as much as you do so we provide a free consultation to make sure we are a good fit to work together.
